Returns & Exchanges

At Pidgin Doll, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, due to the limited nature of our designer collections, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only. Items must be in their original, unopened packaging with all tags and certificates of authenticity intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the item in its original Pidgin Doll collector box and outer shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or ship via a trackable carrier to our studio address, ensuring the package is insured for its full value.

• 4.
  Inspection and Credit

  Once our studio inspects the item for pristine condition, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
